Fill in the Blank Friday
1. The highlight of my week was finding out that the teachers are going on strike and I will therefore have some extra time with my kids next week! Yeah! I love time with them, especially since they are growing like weeds and it seems like they are going to be off to university in 20 minutes at this rate.
2. If I had to classify my interior design aesthetic it would be non-existent. If I like it, it stays. If I don't, it might still stay for a while. :o)
3. My first vehicle was was a 1986 Toyota Turcel hatchback which I fondly called the Turtle. I had SO many good times in that car. It belonged to H1 originally but after we were married and had a second vehicle it became mine, all mine. It was a 4 speed with a 6 pack CD changer, tinted windows and low profile tires... Oh how I loved that car.
4. Any item I need to have in my day in order to function is (sadly) my iPhone. Man I love that thing. I can go online, I can take photos, I can blog, I can play games, I can talk and text with my peeps. LOVE my iPhone.
5. My favorite way to waste time is by puttering around online - Pinterest is a personal favorite but I have a few other than that I often visit including How About Orange, Craft Gawker, and The Blogess.
6. Right now I could really go for pedicure. I love them. So relaxing and my feet ache from the long winter. Plus I have some nasty bits that I would like taken care of and I love the almost pain of the toenail things they do to you.
7. This weekend I will be sewing! I have not done any real sewing since we started moving the shop. I need a new bag and have some really great ideas for a few more and just need to get it done. I have to craft fairs coming up so I need to get on it! :o)
PITA is nagging me to find something for her in my disastrous office so I better go before she starts whacking me with bolts of fabric.
:o) Tina
